It’s that time of year again, and very soon Old Mutual Finance’s top performers will be jetting off to the beautiful Sun City Resort in the North West Province for the annual National Summit Awards. Guests can look forward to incredible prizes, dazzling entertainment, and sumptuous food, all while surrounded by the beautiful resort.

Celebrating Our Winners
The National Summit Awards is about recognizing and rewarding the best of the best in our business. In 2024, for the first time ever, we will have one unified celebration - where Basecamp and the Front-End teams come together. One Team, One Purpose, One Experience!
Front-End attendees participated in the National Sales Competition, where individuals compete within their roles for most of the year, earning points across a variety of categories. In order to establish themselves as true champions, our overall winners need to perform well across all categories, not just one.
From Basecamp, our Top Performers in each functional area are selected based on performance, with each Guidecom member then selecting the nominees from their functional area.
Lastly, we are also honoured to host the nominees in our Culture Builder Awards category. Featuring nominees across the entire business, these awards are based on Hero Awards nominations that were submitted throughout 2023.
All of our incredible nominees are then invited to attend our National Summit Awards weekend, where we gather once a year to reflect on their outstanding performance, and celebrate their achievement in style. True to our OMF spirit, there is always lots of music, dancing, feasting, and of course, lots and lots of prizes to be won!
